This is answered in greater depth in our about page, but in a word, convenience! By being a member of Digs, you get a dedicated home delegate and access to all of the services we provide. Our greatest aspiration is to remove the worry, stress and scheduling needs of home ownership.

One of the beauties of Digs, is we remove your worry about this question. We will come every two months to replace your filters, before they are a problem. But, as a general rule, air filters should be replaced every 2-3 months depending on climate and air quality where you live.

We take care of that for you as part of your service. Whether it is air filters, water softener salt, light bulbs, or smoke detector batteries, we will purchase the items for you and then invoice you as part of your service. We charge competitive prices, and you will know ahead of time what everything costs. We then install all of the materials for free, as part of your subscription.

We sure do! We will remove them from your home and dispose of them in accordance with local requirements.

We certainly prefer for someone to be home, so that we can have access to perform all of the work you need done. Some external services may be performed without you being home, but it is always best if you are around.

Of course, it is your home! We are a guest in your space. Now of course, if your pet is not a fan of visitors, and tends to be aggressive to a new face, it may be best for the pet to be put away. However, we leave that up to your judgment.
